Shipping Policy
ADAPTO collaborates with a logistics provider recognized in the world of e-commerce: Futurlog which takes care of the entire supply chain, from storage to shipping, with traceability and security by employing an expert French workforce in a warehouse located in Mayenne, France.Â
The shipment of an order received before noon, French time, is made during the day, otherwise the next day (working day). The delivery services offered are established with the best partners in the sector today, Chronopost, Mondial Relais and Colissimo.
A traceability number is provided to the customer as soon as possible in order to track the status of his package.
Refund Policy
You (customer of ADAPTO) have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of your entire order. During these periods, you may return the Products undamaged, without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty. In case of damaged Products received, the procedure of article b of the refund policy will apply.
All Products may be subject to withdrawal, except those excluded by law in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, for example Products that have been personalised at your request, Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene (e.g. underwear worn).
Returned Products must be intact and complete and must not have been worn beyond a fitting. In the case of gift cards, if they have been used in whole or in part before the expiry of the periods mentioned in the first paragraph, they may no longer be subject to withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, You may use the standard withdrawal form to be filled in here, or make any unambiguous declaration indicating your intention to return the Product to ADAPTO, in particular by declaring your return online from your account, under the heading "Return an item and get a refund" (excluding gift cards).
ADAPTO will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email.
You must then return the Products to ADAPTO, at the latest within ten (10) days following your retraction, that is to say :
- by post at the following address MPO XXX WAREHOUSE 72. The costs of return via La Poste are at your expense (except for a defective Product upon receipt, or an error by ADAPTO when sending the Product).
- in Delivery point with the forwarding slip that will be sent to you by email.
For gift cards, You simply need to send by email to ADAPTO, within the fourteen (14) days mentioned above, the code associated with the gift card to the following email address: [email protected]. Upon receipt of the gift card code, ADAPTO will proceed with the remote deactivation of the card and then your refund. ADAPTO undertakes to reimburse you the totality of the sums paid upon receipt of the compliant Product in its warehouses or upon receipt of the proof of return of your package that you will have sent to us at the following address: DFO XXX Warehouses 72.
For gift cards, ADAPTO undertakes to reimburse you within eight (8) days following your declaration of withdrawal.
ADAPTO will reimburse you for the returned Products, subject to compliance with the above-mentioned conditions, as well as the standard "outward" delivery charges for the latter if you return the whole of your order. The cost of "one-way" delivery with supplements is reimbursed within the limit of the standard delivery costs. It is specified that the costs of "one-way" delivery will be reimbursed separately.
If you do not return your entire order and keep one or more Products ordered, the amount of the "outward" delivery charges will not be refunded by ADAPTO.
The refund will be made via the payment method used when the order is returned.
So, for example, if the order of Products has been set by :
- Credit Card, and that your Credit Card is still valid, the refund will be made to the account attached to this Carte Bleue.
- Paypal, and that the Paypal account is still active, the refund will be made on this Paypal account.
For any other means of payment or in case of failure or impossibility of previous refunds, we will contact you to define another means of refund with you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Exchange
You also have the possibility to request an exchange, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product.
You can return the Product to be exchanged to ADAPTO by post or in a Parcel Relay Point. As a reminder, return postage is free of charge at the Parcel Relay point but remains at your expense if you return by post.
Special case of a non-conforming Product
ADAPTO advises you to check the Product at the time of its delivery and in case the delivered Product is not in conformity (Product error, defective, damaged or incomplete Product), to make written reservations at the latest within three (3) days following this delivery, to the carrier and/or ADAPTO. In all cases, the provisions on legal guarantees will apply. Thus, the Product delivered in non-conformity can only be replaced or repaired in the first instance.
Nevertheless, if the new Product received does not suit you, You may exercise, where appropriate, your right of withdrawal within the period remaining to run. For Products reported as not conforming within three (3) days of delivery, ADAPTO nevertheless allows you to exercise your right of withdrawal and obtain a refund of the Product in application of the provisions of article a of the refund policy, without going through repair or replacement, as provided for by the legal guarantee of conformity.
